Sheila Woolsey is the President/CEO of Woolsey Performance Experts, Inc. (WPEX) providing customized solutions for improving automotive business performance since 1999. Sheila has over thirty-five years of work history in the automotive industry at the retail, corporate and field levels, and as a business owner. She has worked on strategic solutions, developed programs and curriculum and implemented through training and one-on-one coaching.

Sheila specializes in service operations, with a background that includes financial analysis, process redesign and implementation, and procedural training. She has expertise in the areas of warranty processing, shop capacity management, and behavioral coaching.

Sheila’s interactive, participative style generates enthusiasm and lasting results. Her positive reinforcement coaching methods help create changes in behavior and improve customer engagement.
